3.1 The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Don’t Forget The Spoon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3.2 You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App.
