Best Travel Backpack for Comfort Expert Advice

I have been looking into the travel backpacks for a while now because I am planning some trips and I need a backpack that is reliable, comfortable and durable. I read reviews from sources I trust like The New York Times, Consumer Reports and Popular Mechanics. They all say that a couple of backpacks are the best:

I am having a time figuring out which backpack is right for me. I could really use some help from someone who knows what they are talking about.
I want to use my travel backpack when I fly for short weekend trips and sometimes, for trips. I usually pack clothes, my laptop, chargers, toiletries and a few small things.
So which backpack should I get? I would really like to hear what you think.
